The MT Tracker is the home of the numbers and data that matter to road transport operators.

Despite their being hundreds, if not thousands, of logistics firms and road hauliers operating up and down the UK, you can only buy shares in eight of them. The MT Tracker has been created to follow the fortunes of investor sentiment in the sector.

Every week we will bring you the price of an average basket of shares for all eight operators, and we will track the major events creating a rise and fall in those prices.
